Economics short film about incentives and laws of diminishing returns. Micheal (Cody) has an idea to use silly bands as an incentive to get friends. He tells Jim (Rylee) to pass the silly bands around to the office employees like Pam (Victoria). When asked, Dwight (Kalvin) refuses to take apart of this "fad" until Angela (Katelin) convinces him that silly bands are the norm. Dwight is now in desperate need to find silly bands but finds that no one will trade with him.
